By accessing and using AIBotBuilder ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AIBotBuilder is a platform that enables users to create, deploy, and manage Telegram bots and bot commands using AI-powered automation. Our Service includes web applications, APIs, bot hosting, command generation, and related features.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial of the Enterprise plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
  • All fees are in Telegram Stars (⭐) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required to maintain access to paid features
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Your bots will continue to function until the end of your paid period

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

  • Each plan includes specific limits on executions, bots, groups, and storage
  • Exceeding limits may result in additional charges or service restrictions
  • We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies to prevent abuse
  • Automated excessive usage may result in account suspension

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt our Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or mine data without permission
  • Create bots that violate Telegram's Terms of Service

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, including bot commands, code, and data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content to provide the Service.

7.2 Our Platform

All rights, title, and interest in our Platform, including software, designs, and trademarks, remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Platform.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems based on your prompts is considered your content, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Telegram, Google OAuth, payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELEGRAMBOTBUILDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to your data
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
  • Any errors or omissions in content
  • Third-party services or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIBotBuilder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
